At VELN, each piece is produced in small batches and handled with care. For this reason, all sales are final.


No Returns or Refunds

We currently do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, sizing issues, or general preferences. Thank you for understanding and supporting small-batch production.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.

To help us locate and verify your order, please share:

  • Your order number
  • The email address or phone number used at checkout
  • Clear photographs of the item
  • An unboxing video

Once verified, we will offer either:

  • A replacement piece, or
  • A full amount return.
