VELN reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website implies acceptance of any changes made.

Products & Availability

All products listed on the website are subject to availability. We make every effort to display product details, descriptions, and images as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen settings.

VELN produces jewellery in small batches, and once a product is sold out, restocking timelines may vary.

Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
  • Prices shown at checkout are final
  • We currently accept prepaid orders only
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available

VELN reserves the right to cancel any order in case of suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or payment issues.

Order Confirmation & Cancellation

An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and acknowledged by VELN.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed
  • VELN reserves the right to cancel an order due to inventory unavailability or payment discrepancies. In such cases, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method

Shipping

  • VELN currently ships within India only
  • Orders are dispatched from New Delhi, India
  • Dispatch timelines are mentioned on the product page and may vary for pre-order items
  • Once the order is handed over to the courier partner, delivery timelines are subject to their operations

VELN is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

No Returns / No Refunds

Due to small-batch production, all sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, sizing issues, or general preferences

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs
  • An unboxing video

Once verified, we will offer either:

  • A replacement, or
  • A full amount refund

Product Care & Wear

VELN jewellery is designed for regular wear, but proper care is essential.

  • Avoid water, harsh chemicals, and impact
  • Normal wear and tear over time is not considered a defect
  • Damage due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling is not covered

Intellectual Property

All content on this website - including text, images, logos, and designs is the property of VELN and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

VELN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
