Shipping policy

At VELN, all orders are carefully packed and shipped from our warehouse in New Delhi, India. We currently deliver within India only.

Order Processing

All orders are processed on business days only (Monday to Saturday)
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email

Dispatch Timeline

In-stock items are usually dispatched within 48 hours
If an item is marked as pre-order, the estimated dispatch timeline will be clearly mentioned on the product page
Large or bulk orders may require an additional 1–3 business days for dispatch

Delivery Timelines

Standard delivery timelines are 2–5 business days, depending on your location and courier partner
Delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or courier delays

All deliveries are made Monday to Sunday.

Important Notes

VELN does not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid at checkout
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment
Once the parcel is handed over to the courier partner, delivery timelines are subject to their operations.
